BZ: Ezugi’s commitment to player satisfaction is at the heart of our activities; making our clients happy by engaging their players is the main driver when we are planning and creating Ezugi games. We stay relevant as long as players feel entertained in a safe and fair environment.

Innovation comes from one source only—our amazing team. Our people remain hungry, always focused on delighting players, achieving success for our operators, keeping ahead of the competition, and always looking beyond the curve.

  • CW: How does Ezugi differentiate itself from other live casino providers regarding technology, experience, or player engagement?

BZ: We see ourselves as a boutique studio that is highly attentive to our clients’ needs. We focus on areas where adaptability and tailored engagement truly move the needle, particularly through our localisation expertise, retail solutions, and new experimenting with product verticals.

Our teams and technologies are flexible on customisation and tailored solutions. For example, our wide range of branding options has become a key driver this year. This allows our clients to celebrate their unique brand identity by applying their design and logos on games like ‘Auto Roulette’, ‘EZ Dealer Roulette’ and ‘EZ Bingo 90’. Our clients can implement their own branded design and styling to these environments, and even use brand ambassadors, which is key for operators looking to stand out and differentiate themselves. This transforms the live casino experience into a powerful brand-building tool and helps operators forge stronger connections with their player base.

Our retail offerings allow players to enjoy live, lottery-style games in physical betting shop environments, creating a seamless bridge between land-based and online entertainment. In parallel, our new EZ Arcade line introduces a crossover between classic arcade-style fun and real-money betting, opening up a fresh engagement channel for operators looking to expand their audience.

  • CW: Live casino gaming has grown rapidly. What key trends are you seeing from operators and players?

BZ: From the operators’ side, there is a growing demand for branded content and their desire to stand out and build strong brand-name identities, especially in regulated markets. From the players’ perspective, we’re seeing a shift in preferences as well. I would say that the days of full focus on casino-floor classics are shifting towards a growing appetite for a new generation of hybrid games which combine live-stream, RNG and pre-recorded assets.

At Ezugi, these two trends converge in our upcoming EZ Marble Race, which is launching in July. EZ Marble Race is set in a luxurious Monaco-themed environment and combines RNG-based logic with pre-recorded footage of real marbles racing on a physical track, wrapped in a fully brandable 3D environment, ensuring that the outcome is completely random and entirely unforeseeable, while still delivering a visually immersive experience. We also have a Las Vegas-themed version in the production pipeline for the US market. It’s a great example of how we’re evolving the live casino category: blending entertainment, personalisation, and innovation into one compelling experience.

  • CW: In what ways does Ezugi support responsible gambling while still delivering high entertainment value?

BZ: Ezugi, a part of Evolution Group, is 100% committed to complying and upholding the highest standards of regulatory compliance, with Responsible Gambling at the core of everything we do. Our approach is grounded in the belief that entertainment and player protection go hand in hand.

We design our games to be immersive and engaging, but always within a framework that empowers players to stay in control. We also work closely with our partners in regulated markets to ensure our content meets and exceeds local requirements.

  • CW: Can you share some of the latest game launches or product updates from Ezugi? What makes them stand out?

BZ: One of our most exciting recent innovations is the EZ Bonus Wheel, a new and innovative promotional tool that adds excitement to Ezugi games and drives player engagement! How does it work? Players are invited to complete a challenge on Ezugi games; once that challenge is completed, they get a free spin on the EZ Bonus Wheel, for a guaranteed win of either 2x, 3x or 5x!

This promotional tool is unique because: a) It offers players guaranteed wins, with every bonus round giving a win; b) The winnings are fully sponsored – Ezugi covers all bonus payouts; c) Setup and operation is effortless – real-time, real-money, automatic payment, no extra wallets… It’s taken care of; and d) It’s easy to integrate, with a new Game Type ID allowing operators to opt in!

  • CW: Are there any new features or formats you're testing or planning to introduce in your live tables?

BZ: One of the most exciting developments at Ezugi right now is the continued expansion of our EZ Arcade portfolio, which is a unique category that blends the nostalgic appeal of arcade-style gameplay with the thrill and interactivity of live casino.

Following the strong reception of initial titles like Magic Claw, Fortune Pusher, and Auto Claw Roulette, we’ve recently launched Coin Rush and Coin Rush Pro. These games take the timeless coin pusher mechanic and reimagine it for the online live casino space. In Coin Rush, suspense builds as coins edge forward toward potential rewards, while Coin Rush Pro elevates the experience by allowing players to aim and shoot coins using a cannon, injecting a layer of skill and anticipation into the gameplay.

What sets EZ Arcade apart is that it’s the industry’s first truly scalable Live Arcade solution, built on proprietary technology and offering both single-player and multiplayer formats. Looking ahead, we’re planning to roll out branded arcade machines with select partners and introduce even more game formats before the end of Q3. This expansion reinforces our commitment to pushing creative boundaries, delivering fresh experiences, and redefining what online live casino can be.

  • CW: What can operators and players expect from Ezugi in the next months by the end of the year or the next one? Any exciting announcements ahead?

BZ: Our most significant upcoming milestone is Ezugi’s continued expansion in the United States, reinforcing our long-term commitment to regulated markets and localised content. In the second half of 2025, we’ll be launching popular land-based titles such as Triple Zero Roulette and EZ Baccarat in New Jersey. These local favourites will debut out of the Hard Rock Casino, bringing well-known, high-performing formats into the online live casino space.

Looking further ahead, Ezugi is officially expanding into Michigan, USA, with a new studio launching in Grand Rapids in Q1 2026. This marks another ‘Smart Move’ as another strategic step forward for Ezugi as we continue to grow our North American market presence

Ezugi keeps driving more value to Evolution Group clients as an attractive, innovative, and competitive brand offering engaging content.

There’s plenty more in the pipeline, from new game formats to regional partnerships, but these two developments underscore our focus: smart growth, meaningful innovation, and an unwavering commitment to market relevance.
